StayWithClara provides AI-powered automation services for vacation rental properties, including:

• Calendar synchronization across booking platforms
• Automated guest messaging via SMS
• Turnover and cleaning coordination
• Guest information management

User Responsibilities

As a user of StayWithClara, you agree to:

• Legal Use: Use the service only for legitimate vacation rental management
• Guest Consent: Only send communications to guests who have booked your property
• Accurate Information: Provide accurate property and calendar information
• TCPA Compliance: Comply with all Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) regulations
• Opt-Out Honor: Honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use StayWithClara to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Harass, threaten, or deceive others
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Send messages to phone numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry

SMS Messaging Terms

By using StayWithClara's messaging features:

• You acknowledge that SMS messages will be sent to your guests
• Messages are sent at your direction on your behalf
• You are solely responsible for message content
• All guests may opt out by replying STOP
• We are not responsible for messages once delivered to the carrier

Intellectual Property

The StayWithClara service, including our website, logo, and software, is owned by StayWithClara and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

STAYWITHCLARA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

StayWithClara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold StayWithClara harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
